Our ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with expertise in supply chain management and strategic planning. This role requires the ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make informed decisions that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct monthly pre-S&OP at SKU level across multiple business units, ensuring seamless integration of demand and supply forecasting.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to drive collaboration and optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Implement effective inventory management strategies, including aging, slow-moving, obsolete, new launch, and promotional planning.
- Drive analytical insights to inform forecast accuracy, assess forecast bias, and identify root causes of forecast variance.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in supply and demand planning, forecasting, or analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Experience working with statistical software and tools, such as Excel, Tableau, or SAP.
