Pastries Specialist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Pastry Specialist to join our team. As a Pastry Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing all pastry ingredients and creating high-quality pastries and cakes.

  • Prepare all pastry ingredients and create high-quality pastries and cakes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficiency and quality.

In this role, you will work closely with the Patisserie Chef to follow recipes and presentation specifications. You will also assist in stock taking of ingredients, utensils, supplies and equipment, and store and package ingredients and products neatly and cleanly.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards, as well as excellent communication skills. If you have experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and are passionate about baking, we would love to hear from you.

Requirements:
  • GCE O Level and above
  • 0 – 2 years related experience
