Job Opportunity: Digital Content Leader

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead digital content strategy, creation and execution across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a hungry mind eager to try new things and willing to take initiative. This role requires strong collaboration with internal teams, clients and external partners as well as an ability to manage projects from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy & Planning
    • Develop and execute always-on and campaign-based social strategies.
    • Map short- and long-term strategies with clear implementation plans.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates and emerging ad formats.
  • Content Management
    • Oversee content calendars, creative briefs and publishing schedules across platforms.
    • Ensure content aligns with best practices for both organic and paid media.
    • Collaborate with creative teams, content creators and production resources to deliver high-quality assets.
  • Community Management
    • Supervise and participate in community moderation to facilitate timely on-brand responses.
    • Manage crisis situations on social media following established protocols.
  • Reporting & Analysis
    • Create regular reports on always-on and campaign performance against client benchmarks.
    • Analyse data to extract actionable insights and make recommendations for optimisation.
  • Project & Stakeholder Management
    • Manage projects end-to-end from client brief to creative delivery.
    • Build strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders and external partners.
