Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Treasury Liquidity and Interest Rate Management expert. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring sound and robust second-line oversight, implementing policies and procedures across entities operating out of Singapore.

This role requires expertise in risk management, treasury, and liquidity management, with a focus on interest rate risk (IRRBB). You will work closely with senior leaders, regulators, and global risk teams to drive consistency, standardization, and completeness of controls and challenges.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of asset-liability management, financial instruments, risk metrics, and risk management principles. They will also possess excellent analytical, technical, and quantitative skills, with the ability to interact effectively with auditors and regulators.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 7+ years relevant experience within risk management, treasury, or support functions with exposure to balance sheet, financial products, financial/risk analysis
  • Prior work experience in material entities and regional markets
  • Expert knowledge of treasury, market risk, liquidity management, and derivative products
  • Subject matter expert in asset-liability management, financial instruments, risk metrics, and risk management
