Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Treasury Liquidity and IRRBB Risk Officer, Vice President. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with expertise in risk management, treasury, and financial analysis.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be able to communicate complex ideas effectively. They should also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This role involves overseeing the design, development, delivery, and maintenance of best-in-class risk management programs, policies, and practices. The successful candidate will set strategic direction for liquidity risk, interest rate risk (IRRBB), investments, and capital risk, ensuring adherence to Citi's policies and good understanding of local regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include working with senior regulators on key legal entity-related asset-liability management matters, facilitating consistency, standardization, and completeness of controls, and providing oversight and guidance over the assessment of broad complex issues.

  • Design, develop, deliver, and maintain best-in-class risk management programs, policies, and practices.
  • Set strategic direction for liquidity risk, interest rate risk (IRRBB), investments, and capital risk.
  • Work with senior regulators on key legal entity-related asset-liability management matters.
  • Facilitate consistency, standardization, and completeness of controls.
  • Provide oversight and guidance over the assessment of broad complex issues.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Degree in Finance or related field.
  • 7+ years relevant experience in risk management, treasury, or support functions.
  • Expert knowledge of treasury, market risk, liquidity management, and derivative products.
  • Subject matter expert in asset-liability management, financial instruments, risk metrics, and risk management.
  • Strong analytical, technical, and quantitative skills.
  • Ability to interact with auditors / regulators and understand applicable best practice guidelines and regulations.
