Job Description

  Drive Business Outcomes with Data Science

As a seasoned data scientist, you will spearhead the digital vision of our organization by harnessing technology, automation, and data analytics. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Architecture and Data Management

Develop architecture and key data pipelines for heterogenous datasets. Ensure solution architecture addresses objectives and business needs. Design efficient solutions to meet initiative outcomes.

Work with technical teams to build secure data pipelines.

  • Data Analysis and Problem Solving

Utilize data analytics for structured and unstructured data to identify patterns and anomalies. Generate actionable insights to enhance risk and controls. Outline data lineage to trace sources of anomalies. Apply quantitative analysis methods for business decisions. Leverage data team's expertise to solve critical technical problems.

  • Security and Compliance

Address data risks, including those related to personally identifiable information. Ensure secure data handling throughout the pipeline.

  • Business Decision Support

Collaborate with internal auditors to analyze large data sets, trends, and results. Drive data-driven operational risk decisions.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent, with 10+ years of data analytics experience
  • Proven expertise in data pipeline construction and data lake management
  • Expertise in handling structured and unstructured data
  • Strong technical skills in relevant data analytics tools (Python, R etc) and AWS cloud platform
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Leverage of general AI to expedite the delivery of solutions
  • Passion for delivering value and driving successful outcomes for the organization
