QC Laboratory Supervisor Role

  • Craft reports detailing activity and progress to identify recurring issues, ensuring prompt corrective action is taken.
  • Verify that quality control systems are operating efficiently by monitoring staff, equipment, and processes.
  • Supervise and mentor team members to guarantee excellence in their roles.

Key Qualifications:
  • Hold a diploma or degree in a field related to chemistry.
  • Possess at least five years' hands-on experience in laboratory testing, particularly in wet chemistry.
  • Excel as a leader and supervisor within a laboratory environment.
  • Foster expertise in laboratory equipment such as GC, AAS, auto-titrator, NIR etc.
