Job Title: Senior Event Experience Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage the speaker experience for our events. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all speakers have a seamless and enjoyable experience from initial contact to event conclusion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the speaker database, ensuring it is up-to-date and accurate.
• Liaise with confirmed speakers and their teams to complete onboarding processes, arrange travel and accommodation (if applicable), and set up content preparation calls (if applicable).
• Manage the Voices inbox(es) and respond to queries from speakers in a prompt and accurate manner.
• Liaise with the content team to ensure speakers are updated with the latest event information.
• Work with the operations team to ensure all speakers' requirements are provisioned for.

General Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the entire project team to ensure events are delivered to the highest standards.
• Provide on-site support during events to ensure the seamless execution of speaker-experience and content-related activities.
• Perform other duties assigned by your manager from time to time.
