Lead Public Art Programme Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead our public art programme. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Lead and coordinate the development of public art projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project expectations.
  • Collaboration and Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with artists, curators, and partners to co-develop and implement public programmes that meet the museum's mission and goals.
  • Programme Evaluation: Evaluate the impact of public programmes through audience feedback and reporting, informing future programme development.
  • Support and Partnership: Represent the museum in negotiations and presentations with partners, drafting and managing licensing agreements and project roadmaps as needed.
Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of experience in the museum, arts, and culture sector or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree in Arts or Business Management, or a related field.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record in coordinating complex projects.
