FVP Marketing Analytics Lead

About the DepartmentWe develop integrated products and services targeted at helping small and medium-sized enterprises across the region progress through different stages of growth.
Job Responsibilities- Monetize data and analytics to support sales, marketing, product, and portfolio managers in areas such as prospecting, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Build predictive models and analytics using statistical and data science techniques to drive business growth.
- Work with the business banking ecosystem and partnership team to increase monetization of partner and platform data.
- Manage marketing campaigns and marketing platforms to drive customer engagement and conversion.
- Over 10 years of experience in retail or SME marketing analytics roles within a bank, fintech, or consulting environment.
- Strong data and decision science skills, with proficiency in SAS, Python, or R, and experience with Adobe Marketing platform.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to develop trusted advisor relationships with business managers and senior management.
