We are seeking an experienced Automotive Claims Specialist to join our team at Staffking Pte Ltd. As an Automotive Claims Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting customers in filing accident reports and providing guidance on claim options.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in filing accident reports and provide guidance on claim options.
  • Provide accurate cost estimates for body and paint repairs in insurance claims.
  • Liaise with insurance companies regarding motor claims, focusing on body and paintwork.
  • Track repair progress, including bodywork and painting, and update customers on the status.
  • Work closely with the parts executive to ensure availability of parts for body and paint repairs.
  • Finalize and invoice jobs once body and paintwork repairs are completed.

Requirements:

  • NTC2 in Motor Vehicle Mechanics/Automotive Technology or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of car body and paint components.
  • Relevant experience will be an added advantage.
