Job Title: Talent Management Manager

About the Role

This is a critical strategic role in shaping the leadership pipeline and driving succession planning efforts across the organization. The Talent Management Specialist will lead the selection and development of high-potential employees through assessments, talent reviews, and development planning.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the identification, development, and retention of high-potential talent through assessments, talent reviews, and development planning.
  • Design and manage leadership programmes, including job rotations, mentorships, and curated learning journeys.
  • Partner with senior leaders to drive succession planning for critical roles.
  • Collaborate across business units and HR to align talent strategies with organizational goals.
  • Enhance talent initiatives using data, feedback, and best practices.
Requirements
  • Degree holder with 5+ years experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, or related areas.
  • Proven track record in leadership development and succession planning.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and multi-project coordination skills.
  • Agile, proactive, and thrives in fast-paced, mission-driven environments.
  • ACLP or equivalent certification is a plus.
