You will be a part of HPB’s Talent & Leadership Development (TLead) team. At HPB, we believe that every officer is a talent & leader in their own field of work and with potential to grow and develop themselves. We equip all our officers with transferable skills, and build a strong talent pipeline.

What you will be working on

As a key member of TLead, you will have opportunites to be involved in the various talent management and development as well as leadership development programmes. On HPB scholarship programme, you will support in reviewing and enhancing the selection process to provide a holistic assessment that will include key factors such as leadership potential, resilience, diversity of experience, aptitude and passion/fit for public health promotion work.
To drive the capabilities building of staff that is aligned to HPB’s Precision in Public Health vision, you will get to communicate the roll-out of competency frameworks and support the development of learning initiatives and solutions to upskill staff such as ideating and administering game-based nudges and activities to cultivate an agile and empowered learning culture.
As HPB accelerates talent and leadership development, you will play an important role in supporting key programmes that are aimed to empower leaders and staff to take ownership of their growth and development.

What we are looking for

Join us if you are a dynamic and self-motivated individual with at least 3 years of experience in the field of talent management and leadership development, learning and development, and enjoy working in a highly matrixed, fluid and fast-paced environment. You should also possess these requirements:

- Resourceful, meticulous and a collaborative team player with good written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently and deliver results under tight timeline
- Familiar with the use of graphic design and development of digital publications would be an advantage
