We are seeking a skilled Medical Sector Specialist to join our dynamic and fast-scaling organization at EASMED PTE. LTD.
As a Clinical Product Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing expert guidance on the usage of therapy devices and products to end-users, including training for medical professionals, allied health personnel, patients, and sales teams.
The ideal candidate will have a Diploma/Degree in Nursing, Engineering or Science, with a minimum 2 years of relevant experience in biomedical/healthcare/rehab or homecare.
The estimated salary for this position is between SGD 60,000 - SGD 80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting sleep apnea device usage according to product instructions while prioritizing patient safety
- Providing competent and prompt support to the sleep team
- Processing transactions from clinical demos to device purchases

- Assisting in analyzing customer feedback to improve case management efficiency
- Training new sales and clinical staff on product features and applications
