Job Title: Economic Strategist
Job DescriptionAs an Economic Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective teaching strategies to engage students and promote independent thinking. You will establish a positive learning environment that fosters analytical skills and promotes academic excellence.
You will work collaboratively with colleagues to design and deliver lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students. You will also assess student progress and adjust your teaching methods accordingly.
The successful candidate will have a strong academic background in economics and possess relevant teaching qualifications. Experience in teaching at the IB Diploma Programme or JC Level is highly desirable.
Required Skills and Qualifications- University degree with honours in economics or a related field
- PGDE or equivalent teaching qualification
- Proven track record of teaching economics at senior secondary level
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in economic research
- Microeconomics and macroeconomics expertise
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
