Job Description

The Trade Strategy and Security Division coordinates and develops Singapore's trade and international economic relation strategies and policies, to safeguard and expand Singapore's economic space.


Responsibilities
  1. Assess the impact and implications of key cross-cutting and emerging trade and geoeconomic issues on Singapore.
  2. Develop corresponding strategies and recommendations.
  3. Develop and implement policies and frameworks as the Whole-of-Government lead for economic security matters.

Key Skills and Qualifications

As a Deputy Director in this role, you will require strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work closely with inter-agency teams. You should also have a deep understanding of trade and international economic relations, as well as the ability to assess and develop effective strategies.
