We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to oversee and coordinate fire protection system installations across designated sites. The ideal candidate will have relevant working experience in the Fire Protection/M&E Engineering field, with strong technical expertise in installation management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Oversee and coordinate fire protection system installations across designated sites.">
  • Assist operations manager in planning, scheduling, and site execution activities, ensuring timely completion of projects.">
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities on project matters, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.">
  • Ensure site works comply with safety regulations, project timelines, and fire codes, maintaining a safe working environment.">
  • Review technical drawings, monitor material delivery, and prepare project documentation, including quality control checklists and test reports.">
  • Review and align Fire protection design drawings to ensure compliance with design specifications and guidelines (Sprinkler System, Fire Alarm System, Hosereel System, Wet/Dry riser system, Fire Hydrant System, Fire man intercom system), ensuring accuracy and precision in design.">
  • Attend meetings with contractors to address issues and update progress, fostering open communication and resolving conflicts efficiently.">
  • Lead tender preparation and execution through tenderboard, driving strategic decision-making and optimizing procurement processes.">
