Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Contract Customer Service Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers, providing first call resolution, and addressing their queries related to banking products, accounts, and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide a positive experience.
  2. Retail Banking Products: Provide information and support on retail banking products, including accounts and services.
  3. Problem-Solving: Identify and address customer problems and concerns related to their banking accounts or services.
  4. Communication: Effectively communicate with customers to ensure their needs are met.

In order to succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of banking products and services, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, marketing, or communications.
  • Customer Service Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Banking Knowledge: Strong knowledge of retail banking products and services.
