Job Summary

We are seeking a Facilities Management Leader to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and running all facilities management operations, including managing contracts, supervising contractors, and ensuring the maintenance of our office space.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and coordinating facility activities, controlling schedules, and managing contracts
  • Overseeing and supervising contractors' quality of work
  • Inspecting office space to determine need for repairs or renovations
  • Allocating workstations according to needs
  • Conducting periodic facility inspections
  • Attending to ad-hoc equipment breakdowns
  • Liaising with CSA divisions to conduct proper server shutdown during annual power shut down

Requirements
  • Tertiary education in the Built Environment or equivalent
  • Prior experience in Quantity Surveying is preferred
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with all stakeholders
  • Familiar with workplace safety and health regulation
  • Effective communication and reporting skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders
