Job Title: Customer Experience Policy Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a results-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Policy Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing policies that enhance the user and creator experience on our platform.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and launch processes and workflow improvement programs that prioritize customer satisfaction and safety.

As a key member of our team, you will continuously assess and evaluate our policies and processes to ensure they meet industry-leading standards and support ambitious customer success goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field and/or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years in Customer Service/Support with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement
  • 2+ years experience developing customer support policies and solutions in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience in process design, optimization, and project/program management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and resolve complex issues
