We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to manage the recruitment and deployment of foreign domestic workers to clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting interviews, processing deployment documents, and providing after-sales support.

The Domestic Employment Recruiter role involves recruiting, interviewing, and deploying foreign domestic workers to meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Recruitment and Deployment: Recruit, interview, and deploy foreign domestic workers to meet client needs.
  • Documentation Management: Process all necessary documentation, including work permits and employment contracts.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of satisfaction among clients.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with suppliers and partners to optimize business operations.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience in recruitment, human resources, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
