Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Forge strong relationships with clients to understand their household needs and preferences.
  • Source and interview candidates from various countries, ensuring they meet the necessary requirements for deployment.
  • Coordinate training, medical checks, and travel arrangements for successful placements.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate information, employer requests, and placement status.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in maid agency operations with a focus on overseas sourcing.
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards for hiring foreign domestic workers is essential.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills are required, with knowledge of additional languages such as Bahasa or Tagalog being an advantage.
