MEP Management Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced MEP Manager to lead our team in the management of M&E services design, cost, technical, and authority matters for all company projects.

  • The successful candidate will supervise and provide guidance to M&E Engineers & Inspector of Works, ensuring that all aspects of project delivery are met.
  • They will monitor progress and performance of M&E works, identifying any deviations or issues and implementing corrective measures as required.
  • A key responsibility will be to review M&E feasibility studies and cost plans from design stage to tender stage, ensuring they meet the company's requirements.
  • They will also review consultants' designs for compliance with the company's design requirements on various types of buildings.
  • The ideal candidate will keep track of variations and claims of contract and cost impact, reporting information to the Project Manager.
  • Monitoring M&E services variation works and costs during construction stage is crucial to ensure within budget.

Requirements:

  • A recognized Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Construction Engineering or other building-related disciplines.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in building and construction projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to lead teams and work across different levels including managing vendors.
