  • Create and maintain company standard design drawings, specifications, and engineering databases.

• Project Execution & Coordination:

  • Monitor project schedules and ensure timely delivery of engineering documents.
  • Coordinate with other engineering disciplines, procurement, and construction teams.
  • Identify and resolve engineering issues during design and construction phases.

• Cost Management & Tendering:

  • Prepare accurate cost estimations for mechanical systems for tenders and proposals.
  • Support bid preparation with technical expertise and innovative solutions.
  • Evaluate vendor quotations and technical proposals.

• Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Chemical/Environmental Engineering or better.
  • Minimum 15 years' proven experience in mechanical and piping engineering for process plants (incineration, water/wastewater treatment, etc.).
  • At least 5 years' experience in leadership or team lead role.

• Key Skills:

  • Extensive knowledge of piping engineering, design principles, and mechanical systems for process plants.
  • Proficiency in relevant industry standards (ASME, ASTM, API, etc.) and Singapore codes of practice.
  • Strong understanding of materials selection, piping stress analysis, valves, and mechanical specifications.
