Medical Equipment Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal performance and safety of medical equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive schedules for commissioning, preventive maintenance, and calibration of medical devices.
  • Establish and review protocols for calibration and preventive maintenance to guarantee seamless operations.
  • Oversee the effective execution of preventive maintenance and calibration programs to minimize downtime and ensure patient safety.
  • Collaborate with external service providers to manage contractual and service-related matters.
  • Evaluate medical equipment submitted for decommissioning to determine its suitability for continued use.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field and at least 4-6 years of experience in servicing and maintaining medical equipment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Prior experience in healthcare or hospitals is highly desirable.
