Pattern Maker

As a skilled Pattern Maker & Fit Specialist with experience in Browzwear VStitcher, you will be responsible for developing precise first patterns from designer sketches and tech packs. This role requires the ability to create 3D garment simulations for fit and design evaluation, participate in fit sessions, collaborate with designers and overseas factories to maintain garment quality, and ensure patterns are production-ready with graded specs and construction details.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing precise first patterns from designer sketches and tech packs using Browzwear VStitcher.
  • Creating 3D garment simulations for fit and design evaluation.
  • Participating in fit sessions.
  • Collaborating with designers and overseas factories to maintain garment quality.
  • Ensuring patterns are production-ready with graded specs and construction details.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in pattern making and fitting, specifically in womens apparel.
  • Strong proficiency in Browzwear VStitcher.
  • Solid understanding of garment construction and fit standards.
  • Ability to effectively interpret and apply fit corrections.
  • Prior experience working with overseas production.
