Job Summary

This role involves working closely with our Design Lead to develop creative and meaningful design ideas for high-quality sportswear, activewear, and performance wear.

  • Collaborate with the team to conceptualize and develop seasonal apparel collections based on market trends, targeted brands, and customer personas.
  • Maintain awareness of current trends, colors, fabrics, trims, technology, and other sports-related products through various means of research and product usage experience.
  • Manage the design process from concept to final styling, incorporating new concepts and ideas into the final collection including designing and product development.
  • Be accountable for the creative approach, defining and developing it to ensure successful collection development.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical foundation and knowledge in apparel construction, patterns, and textiles, as well as proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
