Job Opportunity:

The role of a Medical Sales Representative - Team Leader involves promoting healthcare and pharmaceutical products to medical professionals, building strong relationships, and driving sales performance in compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and detail pharmaceutical products to doctors, specialists, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals across private clinics, hospitals, and retail pharmacies.
  • Conduct regular visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to increase product awareness and education.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
  • Provide accurate product information, usage guidelines, and updates in line with regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to support sales and marketing strategies.
  • Prepare sales reports and ensure timely follow-ups with healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Science, Pharmacy, Business, or related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales or healthcare marketing will be an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of the healthcare landscape and regulatory standards.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
