About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Global Financial Solutions Specialist to join our team in Singapore. This role will be part of our Global Financial Solutions (GFS) team and offer you the opportunity to work within a culture of highly motivated, talented individuals who are dedicated to our mission.

Key Responsibilities

As a Global Financial Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for the delivery of Source to Settle (STS) & Order to Cash (OTC) services mainly focusing on Japan market (or other markets per business needs). Your primary goal will be to ensure seamless financial processes, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

  • Handle supplier's onboarding requests, PO administration, supplier invoice processing, employees' expense claims, Corporate Card handling, and other related tasks.
  • Collaborate with Finance Business Partners, finance, and commercial operations teams to deliver high-quality results.
