Job Description:

As an Infant Educarer, you play a pivotal role in shaping the early years of our youngest learners.

  • Design and conduct engaging activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development.
  • Provide nurturing care to ensure infants feel safe and secure.
  • Evaluate infant progress through regular observations, noting milestones in physical health, social development, and behavior.
  • Document and track developmental milestones for individualized support.
  • Assess and address infant needs, ensuring a supportive learning environment.
  • Maintain a clean, well-organized, and safe classroom environment.

  • Ensure Infant Safety and Security.
  • Evaluate and Document Progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Certificate in Infants and Toddler Care and Development (CIT) + Early Years Development Framework (EYDF)

Higher Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC) or WSQ Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY). Diploma (ECE)

Essential Skills: Positive attitude, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
