Early Years Educator

This is an exceptional opportunity for a passionate and experienced Early Years Educator to join our team as a Lead Educator.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading curriculum meetings with teachers, aligning objectives, and ensuring holistic growth through engaging activities that promote age-appropriate development.
  • Maintain smooth operation in the infant bay, handling daily tasks and routines effectively.
  • Collaborate within a team and independently to achieve common goals.
  • Maintain open communication with parents, actively engaging in parent discussion groups to address concerns and share progress.

We are seeking an individual with:

  • An Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY) or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine passion for teaching infants, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field.
