Overview
Catering Solutions PTE. LTD., a leading food services provider in Singapore, is seeking an experienced Food Safety and Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality across our operations.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in food safety and quality assurance. Your expertise will be essential in implementing and maintaining robust food safety management systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective food safety management systems, including HACCP and QA/QC processes
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and internal standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address food safety risks and concerns
- Provide training and guidance to staff on food safety practices and procedures
- Maintain accurate records of food safety activities, including training sessions, audits, and corrective actions
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent
- At least 3-4 years of working experience in QA/QC in the F&B industry
- Strong knowledge of NEA, AVA, and HSA regulations, as well as other relevant food safety standards
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
- Attention to detail, initiative, and strong communication skills
Salary
The salary range for this position is SGD $60,000 - SGD $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, retirement plan, and annual leave entitlements.
