About The Job

The Senior Manager (Project Management), Campus Development, reports to the Senior Associate Director, Campus Development, and is responsible for the end-to-end management of the project from planning, execution to completion. This includes coordinating with various stakeholders, including relevant ministries, users, contractors, consultants, and authority representatives, to ensure that the project meets requirements and is completed safely, within budget, and in keeping with the highest quality standards.

  • Responsible for overall project management, encompassing fund management, procurement, feasibility study, design development, consultancy and construction contracts management, commissioning, and project handover.
  • Review project management framework and processes on a regular basis for good governance.
  • Develop and ensure technical standards of the project and compliance with authority requirements.
  • Oversee feasibility study and design development of the project, including coordination with various stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong interpersonal skills, a positive working attitude, and excellent communication and presentation skills. You should also be meticulous, capable of working independently to resolve issues and challenges, and have strong time management and ability to work well under pressure.
