Philanthropy Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Philanthropy Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving digital fundraising and donation events that help us achieve our mission.

About the Role:
This is a dynamic opportunity for a highly skilled individual who is passionate about youth development and has a strong understanding of both online and physical communities. You will play a critical role in ensuring we have the financial resources needed to deliver our programs to young people and influencers.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute comprehensive digital fundraising strategies that drive revenue growth
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new funding opportunities and partnerships
* Build and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and other external partners
* Analyze data and insights to inform fundraising decisions and optimize campaign performance
* Provide exceptional donor experience and stewardship
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in philanthropy and fundraising

Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in fundraising, preferably in a digital marketing or non-profit context
* Strong understanding of online and offline community dynamics and ability to leverage these for fundraising
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
* Data-driven approach to decision-making, with ability to analyze complex data sets and draw actionable insights
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong project management skills
* Passion for youth development and commitment to our mission
