">Key Responsibilities
  • Guide and mentor teachers to raise the standard and performance in the centre
  • Build a team with positive morale and highly competitive educators
  • Good leadership skills in leading a team to meet company objectives
  • Ability to lead and engage with both staff and parents effectively
  • Well verse in local regulatory agencies requirement, licensing, health and safety regulations etc
  • Work closely with relevant agencies or partner to fulfill requirement
  • Prepare and control expenditures
  • Maintain a healthy enrolment rates
  • Maintaining good relations with parents, business partner, government bodies etc
  • Adhere to teaching standards and safety regulations as established by the official sources
  • Prepare monthly reports and other relevant documents required by the management
  • Confident, personable, and enjoys connecting with people
  • Organized and detailed in administration
Requirements

We are looking for a highly qualified individual with a Degree in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) or a related field, with a Diploma in Pre-school Education-Leadership (DPL). The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant supervisory experience in a childcare setting, including infant care.

  • Degree in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) or Degree in any discipline, with Diploma in Pre-school Education-Leadership (DPL)
  • Strong proficiency in English and conversational ability in Mandarin
  • At least 2 years of relevant supervisory experience in a childcare setting including infant care
  • Experience in managing a childcare centre (experience in an international setting is a plus)
  • Strong leadership qualities with passion in equipping and inspiring young lives
  • Strong knowledge in curriculum and pedagogy
