This role is designed for ambitious, creative, and resilient individuals who are eager to gain real-life working experience through solving purposeful challenges in innovative ways.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the Retail Design & Visual Merchandising (RDVM) team on store design and visual merchandising projects. This will include producing designs of small VM models, sketching up modeling of stores, tracking of projects, and creating presentations for running projects.

You will also manage and keep track of Retail Design Digest by working closely with all SAPMENA markets, propose ideas and create small-scale launch designs that showcase your creativity and skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in interior architecture, product design or graphic design
  • Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and PowerPoint
  • A collaborative spirit with the courage to speak up
  • Strong interest in the cosmetic industry
