Sea Freight Operations Specialist

As a Sea Freight Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of sea freight shipments. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and coordinate all aspects of sea freight operations, including preparation of quotations, customer inquiries, and shipment coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sea freight operations, handling both LCL and FCL (import/export/cross-trade) shipments is required.
2. Prepare quotations, manage customer inquiries, and coordinate with operations to ensure smooth shipment processes.
3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities through our system.
4. Ensure constant follow-ups with customers to meet their needs.
5. Communicate effectively with customers in English and Mandarin languages.
6. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- CMS skills are necessary for this position.
- Strong sales, administration, freight management, and communication skills are required.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sea freight operations is essential.
- Excellent customer service and teamwork skills are also necessary.
