Accounts Officer Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable and ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions.

Responsibilities include verifying and processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and resolving discrepancies in supplier payments. Additionally, the incumbent will be responsible for maintaining accurate general ledgers and assisting with monthly, bi-yearly, and yearly closings.

  • Handle AP functions such as arranging for payments and reconciliation of accounts while ensuring accuracy.
  • Verify and process invoices according to supporting documents.
  • Follow up and resolve discrepancies in supplier payments.
  • Maintain AP general ledger in a timely manner.
  • Assist with monthly, bi-yearly and yearly closings.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of Accounts Payables experience.
  • Basic Accounting certification is highly advantageous.
  • Familiar with Singapore Accounting Standards.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
