Job Description

The role of the Student Care Teacher / Senior Teacher is to deliver high-quality education and care to our students, ensuring their academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct after-school programs aligned with our centre's framework, guidelines, and philosophy (training provided)
  • Support students in completing daily homework and maintain records of progress
  • Plan and conduct daily and holiday programs to promote student engagement and development
  • Facilitate indoor and outdoor play to foster social skills and physical well-being
  • Establish a safe, positive, and engaging classroom environment that encourages learning and creativity
  • Communicate effectively with parents to provide updates on student progress and well-being
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Passion for working with children and inspiring them to reach their full potential
  • Ability to create engaging lesson plans and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Minimum Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent qualification
