Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Inspection Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the site's preventive inspection activities are carried out timely and in compliance with MOM and SCDF regulations.

The role involves implementing the Asset Integrity framework consisting of static equipment and piping for the site, as well as providing technical support to the site for static equipment and piping related issues. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for auditing QA/QC processes and the quality of reports/documentation when required.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement the Asset Integrity framework consisting of static equipment and piping for the site.
  • Ensure the site's preventive inspection activities, including statutory equipment inspections are carried out timely and in compliance with MOM and SCDF regulations.
  • Provide technical support to the site for static equipment and piping related issues.
  • Conduct audits on QA/QC processes and the quality of reports/documentation when required.
Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate will have a minimal Diploma in Materials or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, as well as at least 10 years of experience in refinery and/or petrochemical environment. Prior experience in inspection activities, Turnarounds, Projects and Maintenance execution and Risk-based inspection development/implementation is essential.
