
Strategic Sales Growth Lead

Our team is seeking a skilled Sales Operations Senior Leader to collaborate with our global team in driving revenue growth and streamlining sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals
- Collaborate with vertical and commercial teams to define and execute sales plans
- Create sales forecasting input to improve accuracy and inform budgeting, planning, and resource allocation
- Define, monitor, and analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Manage and optimize the use of CRM systems to track customer interactions and sales activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- At least 10 years of experience in demand generation roles (sales, marketing, or sales operations)
- Business and financial acumen, as well as comprehensive knowledge and experience across the Marketing to Order and specifically CRM processes
- Proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively with Business & Functional Leaders
- Experience in transformational projects possibly related to Business Transformation & IT
- Demonstrated ability to strengthen organizations and motivate and energize teams
Work Environment:
The Sales Operations Senior Leader will be based on-site at one of our locations in the US, Germany, or Singapore. This role may require up to 15% domestic/international travel.
