Job Title: Strategic Business Growth Lead
Key Responsibilities:- To build and maintain strong, professional relationships with Small to Medium-sized Enterprise (SME) clients.
- Generate high-quality business leads and referrals through strategic partnerships and network connections.
- Advise SME clients on financing options and provide guidance to optimize cash flow and manage working capital.
- Support clients throughout the lending process, addressing their questions and concerns effectively.
- Collaborate with credit teams and collections managers to track payments, detect credit risk, and mitigate potential defaults.
- At least 3-4 years of experience in commercial banking, SME financing, or relationship management.
- Demonstrated track record in SME lending, financial product sales, or business development within the banking sector.
- Strong industry connections, a robust network of stakeholders, brokers, and business partners.
- In-depth knowledge of SME financial reports, operational structures, and credit assessment methodologies.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Highly motivated, resourceful, and goal-oriented individual.
- Familiarity with Singapore's financial regulatory framework and lending practices.
