As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless daily operations, focusing on guest service excellence.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide unparalleled support to residents during their stay, guaranteeing they feel at home in our Serviced Residence. To achieve this, you will work closely with your colleagues to ensure all operational aspects run smoothly.

  • Assist residents with check-in and check-out procedures, providing personalized attention to detail.
  • Make and confirm reservations, meeting the needs of our guests with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Respond promptly to all queries through walk-ins, emails, calls, and assist with requests, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
  • Manage cash floats throughout your night shift, maintaining accurate records and ensuring all floats are balanced at the end of each shift.
  • Verify revenue from all sources and follow up on any discrepancies in reports, ensuring transparency and accountability.
