Night Manager Job
Are you looking for a role that challenges you to excel in hotel operations? As a Night Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth coordination of various departments such as Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Security during the night shift. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

About the Role
The Night Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all rooms are ready for sale in the proper condition, coordinating with Front Office and Guest Services on VIP arrivals, walk-ins, groups, and guests with special requests, and maintaining effective communication within the department through daily briefings, weekly updates, and monthly brainstorming sessions. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for inspecting VIP arrival rooms, meeting and greeting VIPs arrivals and departures, and ensuring that standard policies and procedures are maintained.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Front Office and Guest Services on VIP arrivals, walk-ins, groups, and guests with special requests
- Ensure that all rooms are ready for sale in the proper condition
- Maintain effective communication within the department through daily briefings, weekly updates, and monthly brainstorming sessions
- Inspect VIP arrival rooms
- Meet and greet VIPs arrivals and departures
- Ensure that standard policies and procedures are maintained

Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience working in a 5-star hotel environment
- At least 3 years of working experience as a Duty Manager in luxury hotel or similar capacity is required for this position
- Familiarity with emergency procedures, security protocols, and guest service standards is preferred
