The Role

We are seeking a skilled Web Analytics Lead (CRO) to join our team in Singapore. This role is responsible for analyzing digital performance data, identifying optimization opportunities, and leading testing initiatives to enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis & Insights: Interpret website and customer behavior data to uncover trends and areas for improvement.
  • Optimization Strategy: Develop and execute strategies for A/B testing, personalization, and user experience enhancements.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations to improve digital effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to align on best practices for data measurement and optimization.
  • Project Management: Oversee multiple initiatives, ensuring timely execution and results-driven approaches.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay updated on emerging trends in analytics, CRO, and digital marketing.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in web analytics, CRO, or digital optimization.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools, A/B testing platforms, and data visualization techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects and working cross-functionally.
  • Understanding of digital marketing and user experience principles.
  • Certifications in analytics or CRO tools are a plus.
