Senior Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems and components for infrastructure and building projects.

  • Conduct thorough analysis and calculations to optimize mechanical designs.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and reports.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to the team.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success and timely delivery.
  • E nsuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and quality control measures.
  • Participating in client meetings and presenting technical solutions.
  • Staying updated on the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on design and development.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading complex mechanical engineering projects.
  • Strong proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., SolidWorks, Inventor) and AutoCAD.
Desirable Skills

While not essential, the following skills are highly desirable:

  • Experience working with and coordinating multidiscipline design teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management and budget control.
