As an Operations Risk & Controls Specialist, you will join a fast-paced and collaborative environment to solve new challenges each day.

Our team is responsible for shaping the future of our organization, working on various projects that drive innovation and improvement.

The role involves supporting the Process Architecture Lead in managing risks and controls according to our Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing a good understanding of our risk management framework and processes.
  • Working with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Identifying and assessing risks, issues, and control enhancements in a timely manner.

You will also be involved in incident management, complaint management, and regulatory breaches. This includes investigating and coordinating with relevant parties to identify root causes.

Furthermore, you will provide oversight during audits and inspections, track and monitor remediation progress, and validate completed actions.

Key skills required for this role include strong analytical skills, excellent communication and documentation skills, and a good understanding of technology concepts.

Experience in assessment of controls design and testing IT application controls is highly desirable.

As a collaborative problem solver, you will be able to work independently in a dynamic environment, while being outcome-focused and self-motivated.

A Bachelor's degree and 4 years' experience in a related field are essential.
