Job Title: Business Operations Associate

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business Operations Associate to support our team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and marketing materials to support business initiatives.
  • Provide administrative assistance for the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) Certification Program.
  • Maintain accurate certification records and ensure proper filing of documentation.
  • Liaise with candidates and education providers regarding certification requirements and course information.
  • Help coordinate examination logistics and manage related communications.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business operations or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with certification programs and processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
