About this Role">

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead our AI/ML initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the delivery of technical projects and programs that integrate platform operating models and journey-focused methodologies.

Your primary focus will be on overseeing the development and implementation of automation solutions using AI/ML technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans to drive growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, risk assessments, and status reports.
  • Ensure effective collaboration with stakeholders across units/teams to drive execution per strategy/roadmap.
  • Lead strategic programs that integrate platform operating models and journey-focused methodologies.
  • Manage and provide technical direction to AI/Automation Engineers.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the team.
Requirements:
  • Approximately 3 years in project management and technical coordination within a technology environment.
  • Solid understanding of AI/Automation Engineer responsibilities and technical stack.
  • Proficiency in Python (automation, AI/ML integration) and familiarity with other scripting languages.
  • Experience with low-code AI/workflow automation platforms and workflow tools.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles (Agile, Scrum).
