Our client is a leading technology and engineering company that specializes in delivering cutting-edge digital and security solutions to clients worldwide. They are known for their commitment to quality delivery standards, supporting global projects with an international presence across over 100 countries.

Location: Jurong West area

Working hours: Mon - Fri, 7.25am - 5pm

Job Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: To lead and manage a team of AI Engineers, guiding them on technical knowledge, project management, problem solving, and communication between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Work with relevant stakeholders to manage and execute projects from start to finish.
  • Ai Model Development: Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
  • System Maintenance: Monitor and maintain AI systems to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Data Management: Collect, pre-process, and analyze large datasets to train and validate AI models.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.

Requirements:

  • Educational qualification in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a relevant field.
  • At least 4 - 5 years' work experience with AI/ML projects.
  • Experience leading a team of at least 2 - 3 AI Engineers.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
  • Knowledge of machine learning algorithms, techniques, and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
